I need my orders immediately. Can I just pick them up from your office and pay there as well?
Orders come in from different channels every day, and we follow a sequence of Sales Orders. Thus, we may not be able to promise that your orders will immediately be available for pick-up. Kindly give us a call at (+632) 712-4749 to ask about it.
Do you ship worldwide?

Can I change or cancel my orders?
Yes, for orders that have not received confirmation yet, kindly just send us an email at inquiries@dm2trading.com with the Subject: CHANGE ORDER – [Order Number] or CANCEL ORDER – [Order Number]. For orders that have already been confirmed, kindly give us a call at (+632) 712-4749 to change or cancel your orders. These are subject to our approval.
