 We, at D-M2 Trading, aim to provide you with the best customer service. Please read the terms and conditions before placing your order. By using our website and/or placing your order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herewith.

    PRICES
  • All prices are stated in Philippine Peso (PhP). For international orders, kindly send us an email at inquiries@dm2trading.com for quotations in US Dollar (USD).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • For minimal orders (quantity is less than 100pcs), prices are already fixed. Strictly no haggling.
  • For bulk orders (quantity for each item is more than 100pcs), please email us at inquiries@dm2trading.com with subject line: Bulk Order Inquiry

    PRODUCTS
  • Our products have undergone quality control, and are double-checked before shipment to make sure that you get your purchases without error. Please double-check your chosen product before placing your order.
  • Stocks are limited. Products are sold to the customer who pays first. No reservations allowed.
  • Tamagawa Products such as Power Transformers, Converters, and AVRs are made to order. Thus, it may take 5-7 working days before you get your Tamagawa orders.
  • Other accessories take 1-5 working days to arrive.
  • Product photos may vary from the actual item due to lighting. However, we try our best to represent the colors of the products as accurately as possible.

    PAYMENT
  • We only process orders after payment has been verified.
  • Modes of payment: Paypal, Bank Deposit (Security Bank)
  • For bank deposit payments, kindly send us a photo of the deposit slip at receipt@dm2trading.com with subject line: [Order Number] – [Full Name].

    SHIPPING
  • Shipping schedule is every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
  • Shipping fees will be shouldered by the buyer.

  • For provincial shipments, we will provide you with the tracking number via email and mobile.
  • Courier is a third-party handler. Thus, we do not have control over their delivery schedule. Any loss/damage/delay is beyond our control.

    PRIVACY
  • We will only use your information for shipping and verification.

    RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
  • In the event that your order is faulty or a totally different product, please email us at inquiries@dm2trading.com with the photo of the product you received within 3 days upon receipt of product. Upon validation, ship the product back to us (details will be provided). We will only accept products that have been validated to be faulty AND are returned within a reasonable amount of time (shipped within 3 days upon validation).
